Knights of Columbus

OLPH Parish is a part of St. Jude/South Toledo Council #3904. This council is made up of the parishes of OLPH, Immaculate Conception on Broadway, Sts Peter and Paul, St Patrick,Historic, St. Hyacinth and St. Charles. The Council Chambers is on Airport Highway and Andover St. just west of the intersection of Airport Highway and South St. Regular Council Meetings are held on the third (3) Tuesday evening of the month. New members are always welcome. We encourage our other members to join us and remain active in our organization as well.
The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic Fraternal organization, founded by Fr. Michael J. McGivney in New Haven. Conneticut in the 1890’s. The purpose then and now is that Catholic families support each other in their living the faith and by financial security through the Insurance Branch of the organization. The four elements and degrees of the Knights are: Unity, Charity, Fraternity and Patriotism. There are over 15,000 councils of the Knights of Columbus all over the world.
